Beauty Treatments – Do It Yourself

beautiful face

A rigorous work schedule is not only exhaustive for the mind, but also has a tremendously adverse effect on the body. We do not even get the minimum amount of time to look after ourselves. Every day, it is the same routine we have to follow: coming back home dog-tired and dropping dead on the bed to go off to sleep.

Chained down by such a crisis, no one has the chance to pay frequent visits to a nearby spa. One does not even feel like stepping out of the house on the weekends. As a result, the overall appearance of the face starts losing its natural glow. In order to revive the radiance, here are a few simple things which can be done while sitting at home:

easy skin care tips

#1. De-puffing Tired Eyes

Buy an iced-green tea sachet, mix it well with a small amount of water, and keep it in the fridge before leaving for office. After coming back, bring out the mixture and soak a couple of cotton rounds. As you place them over your eyes, the antioxidants will reduce inflammation and the caffeine will prevent the appearance of blood vessels.

#2. Soft, Shiny and Healthy Hair

A super-easy mixture of 1 egg yolk, 2-tablespoon olive oil, 1/4th of an avocado, 1-tablespoon of mayonnaise, and a small amount of conditioner is enough to help your hair get nourishment and solve the problem of detanglement. Just apply and keep them on for an hour or two.

#3. Super-soft Kissable Lips

Create a mixture with 1-tablespoon of sugar, 1-tablespoon of honey, and 1-tablespoon of cocoa powder, and store it in a small container. Apply it once in a day and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Gently scrub it away to get lovely lips.

#4. The Pimple Solution

Apply toothpaste over the pimple and leave it for a fortnight. The mint and clay will dry up and shrink the pimple without leaving scars or irritation.

#5. Flawless and Glowing Face

Create a nicely-consistent mousse with 1 well-mashed banana, 2-tablespoon of heavy cream, 1.5-tablespoon of flour, 1.5-tablespoon of honey, and 1-tablespoon of water. Vitamins A and E of the banana and the elastin of the cream will make the skin of your face soft and supple. Apply it on the face and rinse it after leaving it for 10-15 minutes.

These easy and simple ways are highly effective in making you look refreshed, that too without being heavy on either your time or your pocket.
